IFS is a therapeutic technique that allows one to access different parts of self that are wounded and protected. They may carry burdens, traumas, and negative belief patterns that no longer serve you. Jackie will help you find parts of yourself that are needing healing, and will help you stay connected with them in a loving, accepting way. Jackie is trained as a level 1 IFS practitioner. Brainspotting is an approach that releases stored negative or traumatic experiences from the brain to help individuals heal. Jackie can direct you to look in certain spots to help you focus mindfully and release blocks that are no longer serving you. Jackie is a certified practitioner and consultant. Reiki is a Japanese energy modality that can reduce stress and promote relaxation and healing. It is administered by laying hands on the body or can be hands-off. Jackie can use a series of hand positions to assist the client feel relaxed and heal toxins within the body. Jackie is trained in Usui Reiki Levels I and II.
This is an artistic, creative process that allows you to access inner wisdom. Through imagery and symbols, you can explore and heal your soul in a magical and intuitive way.
